| The Fifth Conference on Parallel and Soft Computing (PSC) will be held in University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY), Myanmar on 10th December, 2010. The conference provides medium for the exchange of ideas between theoreticians and practitioners to address the important issues in Information & Communication Technology. For contributory sessions, papers are being solicited. Japanese Experts from ICTTI will address the conference.
