To develop ICT human resources in Myanmar, the ICTTI (Information and Communication Technology Training Institute)  was established in December 2006 for THE PROJECT ON ICT HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AT ICT TRAINING INSTITUTE supported by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency). Based on the latest trend in domestic and international IT industry, Myanmar lectures trained by Japanese experts provide practical trainings. These trainings are designed to cover such technical areas as:
