Natural Language Processing started off as a part of Artificial Intelligence (AI), a discipline with two broad goals - 1) to understand the nature of human intelligence and 2) to build intelligent systems. Language faculty is at the very core of human intelligence. The primary goal of NLP was to understand how exactly we human beings understand, generate and learn language. There are many processes in natural language Processing. In these processes, Machine Translation is one of the processes of NLP. Translation is the process of transforming texts from one language to another. There are many tasks to perform in Machine Translation. Natural Language texts are written using ambiguous sentences, and human as well as computer may encounter some difficulties in understanding and translating them. Therefore, English_Myanmar machine translation is carrying out as a current research at University of Computer Studies, Yangon. In this research, many tasks are divided such as English_ Myanmar Translation, Myanmar language ontology creation and Lexicon creation. And then, many research associate with this translation are carrying out.
