Religious Activities

UCSY family held Kahtein robe offering and donation of Kahtein tree in November 2010.

Offering Waso Robes to the Monks from Aung San Tawya Monastry, Shwe Pyi Thar Township was done at the conference hall in UCSY on 6th July 2011.

Initiation into higher ordination and female novice-hood Ceremony was held on 31st March 2011.

Group Activities

Jointly organized by UCSY and MCPA Yangon Region,MCPA Day and Career Fair was held on Wednesday, 16 August 2012  from   9:00 am - 2:00 pm at Conference Hall, UCSY.

The Ninth International Conference on Computer Applications (ICCA 2011), organized by University of Computer Studies, Yangon, under the supervision of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Myanmar was held on 5th-6th May 2011.

2011 is the 40th Anniversary of UCSY. The Anniversay memorial dinner was held on 29th April 2011 and ex-professors, ex-lecturers and some Alumini and students attended the dinner.

UCSY cooperate with National Blood Center, Yangon General Hospital for Blood donation activities which are usually done twice a year at UCSY.

In Moonson season growing plants is done all over the country. UCSY also takes part in planting with the students.

Students took part in sports activities which was held on February 2011.

With the help of Ministry for Health, UCSY students learned basic first aid knowledge. The training was from 20th to 24th June 2011.
