The Third Conference on Parallel and Soft Computing August 3, 2009. | The Third Conference on Parallel and Soft Computing (PSC) will be held in University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY), Myanmar on 3rd August, 2009. The conference provides medium for the exchange of ideas between theoreticians and practitioners to address the important issues in Information & Communication Technology. For contributory sessions, papers are being solicited. Japanese Experts from ICTTI will address the conference. Conference Proceedings will be published as books by University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY). All papers will be peer reviewed by at least two reviewers. |
